Order confirmationTunisia · cash on delivery
Confirmed by phone. In Derja. Before you dispatch.
Vocify calls every cash-on-delivery order the moment it reaches your store, holds a real conversation in Tunisian Arabic, and writes the answer straight back — confirmed, rescheduled or cancelled. Your team places no calls.
A parcel refused at the door costs you the outbound leg, the return leg, the repack and the restock — and it was never revenue. A call to prevent it costs 2.00 TND.

Hello, this is Acme Retail. Am I speaking with Mohamed?

Hello — yes, speaking.

باهي، عندك كومند عندنا فيها 2 حاجة، المجموع 378 دينار، الدفع كي توصلك. نأكدها؟
Good. You have an order with us: 2 items, 378 dinars total, payment on delivery. Shall I confirm it?
- Customer00:19
آي آي أكدها، بصح تجيني نهار الخميس بعد الرابعة.

Two ways an unconfirmed order ends. One of them you pay for twice.
Cash on delivery means the sale is only real when the customer opens the door. Everything before that is you lending them the shipping cost.
Shipped unconfirmed · refused at the door
You settle the bill for a sale that never happened.
- The outbound delivery leg, paid.
- The return leg, paid again.
- A courier COD handling fee, spent either way.
- Someone unpacks, checks and restocks the goods.
- Stock sat unavailable for days while it travelled.
None of it is recoverable, and it scales with every parcel you send out on faith.
Called first · answered before dispatch
You find out for two dinars, while the parcel is still on your shelf.
- Confirmed — the parcel ships to someone expecting it.
- Rescheduled — delivered the day the customer is actually home.
- Cancelled on the call — you never paid to ship it at all.
- No answer after the last attempt — flagged for you to decide, not shipped blind.
Every outcome is written back to your store, so your dispatch list is already filtered by the time anyone looks at it.

One order in. One decision out.
You connect a store once. After that the whole loop runs without a person in it — and every step leaves a record you can open.
The order lands
Record: OrderYour store posts the order to Vocify the moment it is placed. The endpoint is per-agent and every payload is signature-checked, so only your store can file orders against your account.
A call is scheduled
Record: AttemptVocify works out when it is reasonable to ring — your agent’s calling window, in the customer’s own timezone. Orders that arrive at midnight wait for the morning instead of waking anybody up.
The line opens
Record: CallThe call goes out over Orange TN trunking to an ordinary Tunisian mobile number — no app, nothing for the customer to install. If an answering machine picks up, it is detected as one and handled as one.
The agent does the work
Record: OutcomeIt greets the customer by name, reads back the items, the total and the payment method, and listens. It can confirm, take a new delivery slot, cancel, send an SMS, or hand the call to a person on your team.
Your store gets the answer
Record: SyncedThe outcome, duration, transcript and recording are filed against the order and pushed back to your platform. No answer? The next attempt schedules itself, up to the limit you set.
Recording is a per-agent switch, off unless you turn it on. Numbers that ask not to be called again go onto a do-not-call list and are never dialled a second time.
The agent talks. Then it does something about it.
Six tools, and you decide which of them the agent may reach for at each step of the conversation. A greeting cannot cancel an order; only the confirmation step can.
On the call
- read_orderReads the order back
- Items, quantity, total and payment method, spoken from the live order — so the customer is confirming what you would actually ship, not a summary someone typed.
- update_order_statusMarks it confirmed
- The moment the customer says yes, the order is confirmed in your store. Your dispatch list updates itself.
- cancel_orderCancels on the call
- Changed their mind, ordered twice, wrong size — it is cancelled there and then, before you have spent a dinar on delivery.
- send_smsTexts the confirmation
- The customer gets the agreed delivery day in writing, which is what stops the second “when is it coming?” call.
- transfer_to_humanHands over to a person
- When the customer asks for a human, or the conversation goes somewhere the flow does not cover, the live call is transferred to your team.
- add_to_dncRespects a no
- “Do not call me again” is recorded as exactly that. The number goes on your do-not-call list and is never dialled again.
Around the call
- Calling windows that respect the hour
- Set the window per agent; it is applied in the customer’s timezone, not your server’s.
- Retries you control
- How many attempts, how far apart, and when to give up — per agent, not a fixed policy.
- Voicemail told apart from a person
- An answering machine is detected as one, so a wasted attempt does not count as a refusal.
- Every call on the record
- Full transcript, outcome, duration and cost against each order. Recording is opt-in per agent.
Plugs into the shop you already run. No migration, no replatforming.
Connect a store once with an API key. Orders start arriving on their own, and confirmations go back the same way — into the same admin your team already works in.

Anything else
Built your own shop? Post the order and we will call it.
One signed webhook to send an order in, one callback to receive the outcome. Per-agent API keys and HMAC signatures, so a leaked key affects one agent and not your account.
One credit, one call. Priced in dinars.
Buy calls up front and spend them across the year — nothing renews behind your back and nothing expires at the end of the month.

Start the trialBefore you ask. The awkward ones included.
Does it really speak Tunisian Arabic?
Yes — Derja, not Modern Standard read out loud. The order-confirmation flow ships in ar-TN and that is the language the example call above is in. The same flow can run in French for customers who prefer it.
What happens when nobody picks up?
The attempt is filed as no answer and the next one is scheduled inside your calling window — three tries by default, and you set the count and the spacing yourself. If an answering machine picks up it is identified as a machine and handled by your flow, so it is never mistaken for a customer refusing.
Will my customers realise they are talking to a machine?
Some will, and the agent does not pretend otherwise. It says which shop it is calling for, stays on the subject of the order, and hands the call to a person on your team the moment the customer asks for one.
How much of my store does it get access to?
The order it is calling about, and the status it writes back. Keys are issued per agent rather than per account, so revoking one stops one agent and leaves the rest running.
Can a customer tell you to stop calling?
Yes, and it is honoured on the call itself. The agent adds the number to your do-not-call list, which is append-only — nothing dials it again, on that order or any future one.
What do I need before I can start?
A store on Shopify, WooCommerce, PrestaShop, Adobe Commerce or HubSpot — or any system that can post a webhook — and a few minutes to pick a flow and set your calling hours. You do not need your own telephony contract or any hardware; calls go out over our Orange TN trunking.
